Intro to Wildland Firefighting (Basic 32) Class - Weekend 2


PUC and Feather River Adult School will be hosting a Basic 32 course over 2 weekends in February and March, 2025.

This is a no-cost, 32 hour class that includes National Wildfire Coordinating Group courses:

  • S-130 Firefighter Training (with a field exercise)

  • S-190 Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior

  • L-180 Human Factors in the Wildland Fire Service

Location: Plumas County (specific location to be determined)

Dates: 4 days over 2 weekends - February 22nd & 23rd and March 1st & 2nd, 2025

Times: 8 am to 4:30 pm each day

Cost: Free Experience required: none!
